He is a versatile football Scout cum Coach proficient in managing facilities, planning to promote positive environment and sportsmanship.

He was working as the Football Scout cum Coach at Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools in Delhi.

Viso has also completed his B.Sc (Botany Hons) from NEHU, Shillong and a P.G Diploma in Sericulture from CSR& TI, West Bengal.

He has also cleared his AIIF – C License course.
