Rohit completed his Masters in Social Work from DSSW, Delhi University with specialization in Organizational Behavior, Family & Children, Rural Community Development and Conflict Mitigation & Peace Building studies. Professionally, he worked with GoodWeave India for 2 years as a Program Officer on Social Compliance to eliminate Child Labor in Global Supply Chains.

He is a changeloomer with Pravah and Community and a Wipro Fellow. As part of his concurrent field work, Rohit interned with organizations like Slum Soccer and Centre for Equity Studies (Aman Biradari) to work with children in need of care and protection (CNCP).

He strongly feels that Alternative Education, Social Entrepreneurship and Sports for Development can be impactful methods to bring sustainable social change.
